Welcome to Pedder Patter OSHC (Out of School Hours Care)
Pedder Patter Child Care Centre was established in 1988 as a non-profit organisation to help meet the needs of the local community. It is managed by the Director and a voluntary committee of people who are elected each year at the Annual General Meeting.
Pedder Patter OSHC (Out of School Hours Care) was established in 2008 as a non-profit organisation to help meet the needs of the local community.
Pedder Patter OSHC operates at both West Launceston Primary School and Youngtown Primary School throughout the school terms and school holidays. We also offer Before School Care (BSC) and Vacation care at West Launceston Primary School.
The centre believes that all people have a right to develop fully as individuals and be treated on the basis of equality. We aim to incorporate experiences that recognise each of us as unique and special by helping our children appreciate and welcome our differences and similarities.
Pedder Patter Child Care Centre OSHC aims to provide quality care for school aged children through the provision of enjoyable, appropriate and inclusive activities before school, after school and during school holidays. Care will be flexible and meet the needs of all children in a creative, caring, safe and secure environment.
Using the nurturing environments of West Launceston and Youngtown Primary Schools, our OSHC programmes are provided to benefit the child, family and the community. Come and participate in our OSHC programmes and become a part of our family.
